Lavington II Cowl Knitting Pattern PDF

The Lavington Cowl II is worked in the round. The cable effect used in this pattern is achieved through decreases and increases worked in every MC round.

The brioche cowl is reversible with a different appearance on each side.

 

Approximate Finished Measurements

123cm (48.5”) circumference; 16.5cm (6 1/2”) height, after blocking.

 

Gauge

14 sts and 32 rnds = 4” (10cm) in garter stitch, after blocking. 14 sts and 19 rnds = 4” (10cm) in two-color brioche stitch, after blocking.

 

Suggested Needle Size

US 8 (5mm), 32” long circular needle US 7 (4.5mm), 32” long cicular needle (or sizes needed to obtain gauge)
