Welcome to Knitted Wishes! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Knitted Wishes. By accessing or using our store and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Products
* All products sold on Knitted Wishes are digital knitting patterns (PDF downloads).
* Digital files are delivered instantly via download links emailed to the address provided at checkout. No physical shipping is involved.
3. Orders, Refunds, and Cancellations
* By placing an order, you are purchasing a digital product for personal use.
* All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to the instant delivery of our patterns.
* Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Contact us with any questions prior to checkout.
4. Pricing and Billing
* Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
* You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for purchases.
* Applicable taxes are added according to Canadian law.
5. Intellectual Property
* All patterns, designs, text, images, and other content are owned by Knitted Wishes and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
* Personal use only: PDF patterns may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared in any form without our written permission.
* Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. Third-Party Tools and Links
* Our store may include third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content or functionality. Use them at your own risk.
7. Feedback
* By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.
* Feedback must not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
